Keith Meister, MD, performed elbow surgery on Jesus Tinoco, a pitcher for the Miami Marlins, on Sept. 3. The procedure was a right elbow UCL hybrid reconstruction with associated flexor tendon repair, according to a Sept. 7 news release from the Marlins.
